Paragraph List Documents

A paragraph list document is a type of a Documaker document that contains a paragraph list.

A paragraph list is a collection of standard Documaker paragraphs within a form that the Studio user can select from to assemble a final document. Paragraph lists are made up of paragraph elements or separate paragraph documents.

For example, a standard claim letter could have different paragraphs depending on the type of claim and the region where the letter is being sent. A paragraph list allows the Studio user to choose the relevant paragraphs that will appear in the final, delivered letter.

To create a paragraph list document, create a Documaker document, and select Paragraph List as the document type.

A Multi-line Text field can be associated with a Paragraph List. See also Additional Field Attributes.

Note

A paragraph list document cannot contain a Word table.
